These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bajbb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through bajbb.io and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces operated by bajbb.

bajbb operates an online betting and casino entertainment platform primarily serving players located in Bangladesh. Accepted identity documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bajbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent or inaccurate information is identified, and to withhold or recover any funds held in such an account.

Each registered player is permitted to hold exactly one bajbb account. The existence of multiple accounts — regardless of whether they were opened intentionally or inadvertently — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajbb will merge or close the additional accounts and may, at its discretion, void any bets or winnings generated through accounts in excess of the permitted one.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted under your account login is deemed to have been authorised by you. bajbb will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify bajbb's customer support team immediately via the contact details set out in Section 14 of these Terms. bajbb will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access.

bajbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. Where an account is closed for cause, bajbb may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

bajbb accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bajbb does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment service provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which bajbb accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC). bajbb reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have met their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must, where possible, match the method used for the original deposit (payment symmetry policy).

Unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bajbb promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited automatically.
• bajbb reserves the right to restrict certain games from contributing to wagering requirements. Specifically, low-margin or excluded games may contribute 0% towards the wagering total. Refer to each promotion's game contribution schedule for details.

All bets and wagers placed on the bajbb Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game or event.

By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge and accept that:

All times displayed on the Platform in relation to match start times, bet acceptance cutoffs, and settlement deadlines are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajbb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets with the benefit of insider information or in connection with any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage in any form of casino game or sports bet.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotions by registering multiple accounts, using third-party payment credentials, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform's payment infrastructure to obscure the origin of funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:
